四川省第三测绘工程院职工经过几个月的艰苦努力、顽强拼搏，汶川灾后空间定位基准恢复重建项目顺利进入到最后的冲刺阶段。为切实确保项目高质量、高标准完成，进一步做好地震灾区恢复重建测绘保障工作，该院狠抓质量环节，专门成立质量检查整改小组，全程参与实地质检工作。8月15日至27日，该院对测区内已埋设的22个GPS B级点和109个水准点进行了全面、认真、细致的检查，对暴露出的质量问题进行了及时汇总、系统归纳、认真分析，并提出了明确的整改措施，确保高质量、高标准完成该项目。
