近日，河北省测绘局按照省直机关“严厉整治酒后驾驶违法行为”统一部署和省会石家庄市的“热风行动”的要求，在全局系统积极开展“严厉整治酒后驾驶违法行为”活动。

　　一是加强领导，明确职责。组织召开了局交通安全委员会会议，学习冀直交安字[2009]1号文件精神，就开展“珍爱生命、拒绝酒后驾驶”主题宣传日活动进行部署。要求各单位加强管理，消除侥幸和麻痹心理，坚决杜绝各类机动车驾驶人员酒后驾驶行为的发生。

　　二是加强学习，提高认识。组织机动车驾驶人员学习有关交通安全的法律法规，提高大家对这次专项整治行动的严峻形势和酒后驾驶严重社会危害性的认识，切实增强遵纪守法意识。把酒后驾驶、闯红灯、不按规定驾驶等行为与个人评先评优挂钩，与本单位文明建设挂钩。组织驾驶员签订了《省测绘局机关驾驶员遵章守法、杜绝酒后驾车保证书》，归档长期保存。

　　三是加强宣传，营造氛围。利用显示屏、条幅、网站、简报等方式，大力宣传酒后驾驶等严重交通违法的危害性，营造专项整治活动的浓厚氛围。将《河北省省直交通安全委员会交通安全倡议书》张贴公示，接受广大干部职工监督。结合当前开展的“测绘安全生产月”活动，统一部署、统一检查，为国庆60周年创造良好的社会稳定环境。
