8月24日，浙江省测绘局、省发展和改革委员会、省财政厅、省政府法制办联合下发通知，部署全省贯彻实施《基础测绘条例》（以下简称）《条例》）工作。

　　通知明确，各级测绘行政主管部门会同发展和改革、财政主管部门和政府法制工作部门，充分发挥报刊、广播、电视、网络等媒体的作用，采取多种形式，广泛宣传报道《条例》的内容、意义和作用，提高相关部门、社会各界对《条例》的认知度，扩大《条例》的影响力，为贯彻实施《条例》创造良好的氛围。

　　通知要求，一是各级测绘行政主管部门要结合贯彻落实国务院、省政府《关于加强测绘工作的意见》精神，做好与《条例》的衔接和相关配套政策规定的制定修改工作；主动与发展和改革、财政主管部门配合，对基础测绘“十一五”规划实施情况进行检查评估，针对存在的问题，采取有效措施，抓紧组织实施，确保基础测绘“十一五”规划的全面落实。同时要配合发展和改革部门编制好2010年的基础测绘年度计划，开展基础测绘“十二五”规划编制的前期调研工作。二是各级发展和改革部门要将基础测绘计划列入本级政府国民经济和社会发展年度计划。支持测绘行政主管部门建立并加强基础测绘成果定期更新机制，地理信息资源共建共享机制、基础测绘公共服务、基础测绘设施建设、应急测绘保障和基础测绘项目组织实施等方面的工作。三是各级财政部门要按照《测绘法》、《基础测绘条例》等法律法规的规定，配合同级发展改革、测绘部门编制好基础测绘规划和年度计划，将基础测绘经费纳入本级财政预算，并随着财力增长逐步增加投入。四是各级政府法制工作部门与测绘行政主管部门共同做好对《条例》贯彻实施情况的监督检查，及时研究和总结贯彻实施中的问题和经验，努力提高基础测绘工作依法行政水平，确保《条例》在全省的全面贯彻实施。
