近日，宁津县房管局按照上级的相关要求，对县城规划区内的39个行政村进行了集体土地房屋测绘工作。
　　这次规划区集体土地房屋测绘工作历时20天，对39个行政村进行了房屋测量，总计户数7519户，总人口30024人，测绘面积1226282平方米，其中正房848301平方米，偏房288383平方米，门市房32433平方米，厂房57166平方米。开发区所辖村庄8个，总面积437715平方米，城区街道办事处所辖村21个，总面515369平方米，新城区所辖村庄10个，总面积273199平方米。县城规划区内集体土地房屋平均每户163平方米，人均居住面积41平方米。
　　通过测绘，该局掌握了规划区内集体土地房屋的第一手资料，为今后确权发证工作打下了良好的基础。
