在测绘技术迅速发展的时期，培养能够满足测绘行业专业性需求的人才已经成为测绘行业可持续发展的一个重要问题，而由北京测绘学会支持、北京京昌工程测绘技术有限公司与北京市昌平职业学校联合主办的“航空摄影测量培训班”正是解决人才培养问题的一个良好开始。“航空摄影测量培训班”不仅可以为航测事业培养专业性人才，更能够很好地解决相当一部分高职院校的毕业生就业问题，为有需要的航测公司引进人才，同时有力地推动了航测事业的发展，促进和谐社会的建设。
