　　昨日，记者从郑州市房管局获悉，为让购房者能准确了解所购房屋的公摊面积、外墙厚度等方面的信息，郑州市房管局已开通房产测绘网上查询系统。目前，市民上网可以查询的数据为今年7月份以后，郑州市房管局新受理测绘的房地产项目。且可供查询的项目限于两类：一类是商品房初始登记测绘，也就是市民房产证上记载的房屋面积信息，另一类是单位房的分户测绘。
