数据质量关系着全国土地二次大调查的成败，成果最后的检测，是重中之重。调查结果将成为今后土地登记、土地规划与调整提供必要的根本数据，所以调查的数据质量是市县级管理单位关注的重点。目前城镇数据正处于检查验收的关键阶段，因此，选择一套符合规范，操作简便的数据质量检查软件显得尤为紧要。

    南方数据质量检查软件特点
    ■ 软件提供了对多种数据格式的检查功能，如矢量数据交换文件VCT 、业内标准交换格式SHP数据库格式以及MDB和GDB等常用GIS数据格式；
    ■ 软件采用OFFICE2007软件风格并设立检查流程，操作方便，对于熟悉办公软件的人员能够快速掌握；
    ■ 提供全面检查和抽检等灵活检查方式，便于丛宏观上把握数据的质量情况，并能详细分析每一种错误类型；
    ■ 简单便捷的错误统计输出功能，详细记录错误的种类和数量，利于分析数据问题真正所在；
    ■ 将所有错误数据导出为DXF格式，一方面可查看错误图形的概况，另一方面可把DXF文件加载到采集软件中，进行比对修改；
    ■ 根据具体情况，对错误进行例外标识。如等高线重叠时，可以设置该重叠错误为例外；
    ■ 设定数据质量评分标准体系，以得分的形式对数据质量进行量化表示；
