记者从广东省政府网站获悉，近日广东省国土资源厅发布了《关于整顿和规范地理信息市场秩序实施意见的通知》（以下简称《通知》），其中规定，利用地理信息编制地图和互联网地图，在登载和出版前，须报国务院测绘行政主管部门或省国土资源厅审核。

　　《通知》还规定，利用地理信息从事地图和互联网地图出版活动，应经省新闻出版局同意，报国务院新闻出版部门审批，并取得互联网出版许可证。从事互联网地图和互联网地理信息服务的，应依法经省国土资源厅或国务院测绘行政主管部门核准同意后，向国家工业和信息化部或省通信管理部门申请办理互联网信息服务经营许可证或备案手续。
