我与测绘有很深的感情，这些年来一直从事与测绘有关的工作，国测一大队现任大队长还是我的博士生。大队有许多队员都是我们学校毕业的，他们在各自的岗位上取得了非常辉煌的成就，为国家做出了很大的贡献，这对我们而言是一种激励。现在的测绘工作已与以前有很大的不同，测绘过去是一个非常艰苦的行业，但现在却有了很大的发展，特别是空间技术、电子技术、通讯技术等先进技术的应用，使测绘成为一个高科技产业。我们学校的测绘学科现已成为非常热门的学科，这从近几年的招生情况就能看出来。同时，我们也看到，虽然测绘有了先进技术，有了新的发展，但以国测一大队为代表的艰苦奋斗、无私奉献的测绘精神始终没有变，并一直激励我们前进。

    测绘是国家建设的排头兵，它的应用领域越来越广泛。我们学习国测一大队，首先要学习他们勇于奉献、不怕困难、不怕牺牲、报效祖国的精神，不仅是测绘行业，各行各业的人们都应该发扬这种精神。其次要学习他们爱岗敬业的精神，也就是敬业、乐业、勤业、精业，以高度的责任感做好本职工作。第三要学习他们的团队协作精神。我们要把这三种精神贯彻到工作中，老师要把学生教好，学生要把知识学好，努力提高测绘技术水平，减少野外作业的风险，推动测绘事业发展，服务祖国建设。

I have deep feelings of Surveying and Mapping, in recent years has been engaged in surveying and mapping-related work, the current measurement of a team leader or my doctorate. There are many team members are graduates of our school, they made their positions very brilliant achievements, the country has made a great contribution, which is a spur for us. Mapping the current and previous work has been very different, mapping the past is a very difficult industry, but now there are a lot of development, especially in space technology, electronic technology, communication technology and other advanced technology to enable mapping become a high-tech industries. Disciplines of surveying and mapping our school has become a very popular subject, which in recent years from students will be able to see the situation. At the same time, we have also seen, although the mapping technology has advanced, with new development, but a unit for measuring the country on behalf of the hard work of mapping the spirit of selfless dedication has never changed, and has inspired us.

     Mapping is the vanguard of nation-building, and its widespread applications. We study a unit measuring the country, first of all, the courage to learn from their dedication, not afraid of difficulties, and fear no sacrifice, the spirit of the motherland is not only the mapping industry, people from all walks of life should carry forward this spirit. Second, we must learn from their spirit of love and respect their jobs, that is, jobs, music industry, the ground handling industry, the precision industry, a high sense of responsibility to do their jobs. Third, we should learn from their spirit of teamwork. We want the spirit of the three to work, teachers should be teaching students, students to learn knowledge, and strive to improve the level of mapping technology to reduce the risk of field operations, and promote the development of surveying and mapping services the construction of the motherland.
