据《兰州晚报》报道：本报近日刊发《兰州架起5000平方公里“卫星网”》一文后，引起不少人的关注，大家都想知道这一高新科技系统与老百姓的生活究竟有多大关系？为此，记者进行了采访解答。

　　据兰州勘察测绘院杨院长介绍，目前卫星定位参考系统服务范围覆盖兰州市区、县、镇和主要交通干线约5000平方公里。该系统动态定位可达到厘米级定位服务，静态定位可精确到毫米级。

　　杨院长解释，卫星定位参考系统不仅可以为土地测量、工程测量等提供高精度、连续的时间和空间基准，还可以服务于百姓日常生活密切相关的交通管理、车载实时定位以及更准确的气象和灾害预报。如果你的汽车装有一部接收系统，卫星能准确寻找到你的位置，它所测定精确度可以达到厘米级，而目前的GPS车载定位精确度仅能达到10米左右。该系统还可以为气象部门提供全方位的大气变化信息，从而使气象部门能为市民提供更早、更准、更详细的短期天气预报等等。

　　据了解，目前兰州近郊四区地上空间信息采集已经全部完成。我们将可能在三维投影环境下，“漫步”兰州城市街道，领略了“数字规划”展现出的魅力。而地下空间是一个复杂的信息，不像地上空间那样用肉眼能看清，但精确的数据采集对城市建设有着重要意义，兰州市即将对地下空间数据展开采集，详细摸清地下空间的“家底”。
