今年1月份，云南省基础地理信息中心与云南省烟草公司曲靖市公司合作，利用地理信息技术携手开发曲靖烟草ESTB GIS信息系统。该系统由基础地理信息、植烟生态及烟叶品质、烤烟生产与基础设施管理、三维可视化、WEB信息查询5个子系统组成，目标是实现对曲靖烟区气象、土壤、地物地貌、烟叶生产、基础设施及基本烟田管理等相关信息的查询统计和空间展现，并对烟草专题应用进行深入分析，建立专家辅助决策系统，实现“数字烟草”。

　　目前，该项目已基本完成基础地理信息管理子系统和烟草三维可视化应用信息系统的开发，预计9月份进行安装部署，其它三个子系统也将按照预定计划开发。项目开发完成后，将在曲靖地区烟草适应性区划研究、烟草品质及特色分布、精细烟草农业种植规划、生产与基础设施管理、估产及灾害评估、工业的地域性生产配方等方面发挥重要作用。

　　曲靖烟草ESTB GIS信息系统是云南省烟草行业在种植生产中首次引入地理信息系统技术。项目实施以来，地理信息系统技术在与烟草种植管理有机结合方面进行了积极的探索和应用研究，取得了很多研究成果和经验，将对云南省烟草种植管理提供有益的启示，推动云南烟草数字化建设进程。

In January this year, based on Geographic Information Center in Yunnan Province and Yunnan Tobacco Company Qujing companies, the use of geographic information technologies work together to develop tobacco Qujing ESTB GIS information systems. The system is based on geographic information, ecology and tobacco leaf quality, flue-cured tobacco production and infrastructure management, three-dimensional visualization, WEB information composed of 5 sub-systems, with the objective of tobacco-growing areas of Qujing weather, soil, geomorphological features, tobacco production, infrastructure and basic tobacco-related information management, query and spatial statistics to show the application of tobacco-depth analysis of the topic, the establishment of expert decision support system, "the number of tobacco."

At present, the project has basically completed the basis of geographic information management subsystem and tobacco use of three-dimensional visualization system, the installation is expected to deploy in September, the other three sub-systems will be developed in accordance with the schedule. Upon completion of the project development will be adaptable in Qujing zoning area study of tobacco, the tobacco quality and characteristics of distribution, fine tobacco farming planning, production and infrastructure management, disaster assessment and yield estimation, the industrial production of the regional recipes such as play an important role.


Qujing tobacco is ESTB GIS information systems in Yunnan Province in the cultivation of the tobacco industry was first introduced in the production of GIS technology. Since the implementation of the project, geographic information systems technology in the management of tobacco cultivation and the organic integration of the positive aspects of the exploration and applied research, made a lot of research and experience, the management of tobacco growing in Yunnan Province will provide useful insights to promote the construction of the Yunnan tobacco figures process.
