近日，河北省测绘局和河北省国家保密局联合印发通知，部署开展全省地理信息保密专项检查工作。

　　《通知》指出，此次保密检查的工作目标，一是紧紧围绕从事涉密地理信息数据采集、加工、处理、提供和保管等环节，集中开展专项执法检查，查找问题和漏洞，督促整改，完善制度，从源头上消除各种隐患。二是查处各种涉密地理信息数据在提供、使用、生产、出版和传输过程中的泄密、窃密案件。三是深入开展测绘、国家安全、保密等相关法律法规的保密培训，曝光部分典型违法案例，深刻剖析成因和危害，通过“以案说法”等形式，提高相关部门、单位和个人的安全保密意识。

　　《通知》明确，此次保密检查的对象是围绕从事涉密地理信息数据采集、加工、处理、提供和保管等活动的单位。保密检查的内容包括，涉密地理信息数据索取情况；涉密地理信息数据使用情况；涉密地理信息数据管理情况；在对外合作中，是否有非法向境外合作方提供涉密地理信息数据或非法携带出境的情况。检查采用分级检查和抽查的方式进行。8月底前各设区市领导小组完成各项检查工作，将检查工作情况汇总并上报省保密检查领导小组。省领导小组将于9月份组织抽查。

　　《通知》强调，涉密地理信息保密检查工作涉及面广，工作量大，政策性强，各级测绘行政主管部门要和保密工作部门密切配合、相互协作，共同完成此次涉密地理信息保密检查工作。
