随着科力达各职位员工全部到位，一个更加强大的科力达以全新阵容强势出击。新老员工齐聚一堂，认真聆听公司专门请来的金融界精英为我们演讲。

工欲善其事，必先利其器。5年科力达，成长迅猛；下一个五年、十年，我们有更大的梦想，启程之前，我们需要注入力量，需要清楚我们的目标，需要扔下所有的包袱，轻装上阵。

嘉宾将自己的成长历程娓娓道来，让我们看见希望，看见成功背后的艰辛。接下来系统的为我们讲了一些她觉得成功需要注意的点：良好、得体的形象，包容的心，谦虚进取，规划好自己的时间，良好的执行力……大家都听得很认真，嘉宾讲毕，大家一起交流、互动。新老员工都很踊跃的抒发心得、感想，虽然各自的立场不一样，但是方向一致，那就是为了各自心中的梦想，要好好的规划人生。
