经过西部测图工程项目部和工程各承担单位的通力协作，西部测图工程2009年上半年工作进展顺利，着力加大了在技术管理培训、内外业生产技术指导、安全生产和质量监督等方面的工作力度，细化工作措施，全面完成了上半年各项工作任务。

　　西部测图工程是一项庞大而复杂的系统工程，今年又是工程实施的攻坚年。从年初开始，项目部就着手开始本年度各单项工程的项目设计工作，注重与一线生产单位的交流与沟通，并举办了安全生产技术规定培训、生产试验会，召开了2009年度生产技术质量培训等会议，为工程下一阶段工作的全面展开奠定了坚实基础。

　　为确保测图成果的质量，除加强对质量监督的培训力度之外，项目部还狠抓日常质检工作，积极关注西部测图质量管理系统软件的开发工作，目前该软件已经集成到项目部的管理系统中。

　　在内外业生产方面，项目部全力组织各单位完成了2000国家大地坐标系的转换工作，开展了青藏高原西部整体区域网平差、青藏高原东部和塔里木东部区域的内业生产工作，横断山脉区域影像获取工作正在紧张进行之中。

　　在安全生产方面，组织成立了国家西部测图工程四川区域安全生产应急联动小组；制定了横断山脉区域、塔里木西部区域安全生产应急联动工作方案及安全生产工作建议，并对工程各承担单位的车辆安全监控设备、卫星通讯设备进行了检查、维修，及时排除各种安全隐患。

　　在工程实施过程中，项目部通过电话、传真等多种形式，及时解答工程各承担单位提出的技术和质量问题，还分赴各省局（院）和测区一线，现场解决各类技术问题。项目部和工程各承担单位也互相配合，团结协作，保证了工程的顺利实施。

　　与此同时，西部测图工程测绘文化建设也开展得有声有色，上半年，项目部组织工程各承担单位的摄影爱好者和测区作业职工参加了西部测图工程摄影大赛和《我与西部测图工程》征文大赛，截止目前，共收到照片100余张，征文30余篇，丰富了职工们的业余文化生活，展现了测区职工昂扬向上的精神面貌。

　　今年下半年，在加快测图生产与已有成果提交的基础上，项目部将继续推进六省区公共地理信息平台建设、数据库建设、图集和图书的编纂工作，力争推出阶段性成果，使西部测图成果尽早服务决策、服务社会、服务民生。

Both inside and outside the industry in production, the project out to organize the Department of units completed in 2000 the National Geodetic coordinate system conversion work, carried out the whole western region of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau net adjustment, the eastern part of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the Tarim Basin in the eastern region production work, Hengduan Mountains region image to obtain work is being carried out.


In the safe production, the organization established a national mapping project western Sichuan region of production safety emergency response teams; developed Hengduan Mountains region, the Tarim Basin of Western Regional Emergency Response safe production and safe production work program proposals, and engineering units of the vehicles bear security monitoring equipment, satellite communications equipment for the inspection, maintenance, and remove any potential safety problems.


In the project implementation process, project, through telephone, fax and other forms, and timely answers to engineering units of the commitment of the technical and quality issues, also went to the provincial Bureau (hospital) and the test area first-line, on-site to solve all kinds of technical problems.
