日前，湖北省第一测绘院全面启动2010年各项测绘生产相关工作。一是召开生产会议，明确生产重点，理清经营思路，统一思想、明确分工、重点抓好落实。二是院领导带领业务部门有关人员到天门、仙桃、宜昌、公安等县市走访，加强业务联系，更好地为各县市建设提供优质的测绘保障服务。三是利用测区工作开始前的间隙，聘请天宝公司和其他单位专业技术人员，分批次对各分院的作业人员进行技术培训，不断提高作业员的技术水平。四是先期启动荆门、咸宁等测区的各项工作，力争提前向各甲方单位提供成果。五是制定和完善各项管理制度，对各项生产经营制度和管理办法进行补充和完善，并将汇编印发给每一名职工。
