近日，国家基础地理信息中心召开陆态网数据子系统——国家测绘局自研软件系统项目招标评审会。评审会监督人员对投标文件材料和投标单位资质进行了审核，评审专家从投标单位资质与业绩水平、服务内容和价格等方面进行了综合评审。

　　陆态网数据子系统项目由国家基础地理信息中心承担，通过专用数字通信链路，实现与国家数据中心汇集的观测数据和处理结果的快速交换与共享。同时针对国家测绘局的职责和业务范围，对GNSS与重力观测数据、SLR、VLBI、InSAR等数据成果进行合理利用，服务于测绘相关用户、科研单位、院校等，应用于国家坐标框架维护以及大气科学、InSAR等相关科研工作。该项目是国家测绘局共享子系统的一项重要任务，面向国家测绘局共享子系统数据管理与存储的实际需要，研制数据库管理软件、实时监控软件、数据服务软件，实现数据信息的统一存储、管理和访问，初步构架国家测绘局数据子系统业务运行平台，对加快信息化测绘体系和数字中国地理空间框架建设，全面提高测绘保障能力和服务水平，较好满足经济建设、社会发展和国防建设具有重要意义。

　　为做好陆态网数据子系统——国家测绘局自研软件系统的开发，按照《国家测绘局政府采购管理实施办法》的要求，国家基础地理信息中心对项目进行了邀请招标，邀请信誉好、实力强的公司进行密封投标，到招标截止日期共收到三家公司的投标书。招标评审会在公开、公正的氛围满结束，中心将根据专家评审结果确定该项目的最终中标单位。
