2月5日，国家测绘局在北京召开“国家1:25万基础地理信息数据库更新（2009）”项目验收会。项目验收专家组听取了牵头单位国家基础地理信息中心作的总结报告，审阅了有关文档材料，认为该项目充分利用了最新的勘界资料、地名数据、卫星影像、SRTM数据以及水利、交通、国土等专业资料，对全国1:25万数据库进行了更新, 同时补充增加了土质植被要素层,解决了生僻字问题,现势性良好，项目达到了预期目标，同意通过验收。

　　该项目于2008年10月启动，国家基础地理信息中心组织陕西、黑龙江、四川、海南四个直属局，采用影像对影像快速纠正处理、多源数据协同更新技术，完成数据的更新生产；并协调全国31个省（直辖市、自治区）测绘局（院）对要素现势性进行核查，实现了对国家1:25万基础地理信息数据库的快速更新。更新后的1:25万数据库包含地形和数字高程模型数据，全部转换到2000国家大地坐标系，数据库组织和结构实现了与1:5万更新数据库相协调。

　　项目成果已用于编制领导专用地图、自然资源和地理空间基础信息库项目等，发挥了很好的作用。

The project was launched in October 2008, the National Geomatics Center of the Organization Shaanxi, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Hainan, 4 directly under the bureau, using images of the image quickly to correct processing, multi-source data update technology together to complete the update of data production; and to coordinate China's 31 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) Surveying and Mapping Agency (house) of the elements is to conduct a verification of potential to realize the national fundamental geographic information database 10000 1:25 quick update. Updated 1:25 10000 database contains topographic and digital elevation model data, all converted to the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system, database organization and structure to achieve 1:5 million to update the database with the coordination.


The leadership of the project results has been used in the preparation of special maps, natural resources and geo-spatial information database based projects, played a very good role.
