2月5日,河南省测绘局召开局系统年度测绘工作会议。会议传达学习了李克强副总理对测绘工作的重要批示，认真贯彻落实中央、河南省经济工作会议和全国测绘局长会议精神，总结回顾2009年全局测绘工作，安排部署2010年度工作任务，对2009年度的先进集体和先进个人进行了表彰。

　　会议指出，2009年，是该局围绕中心，服务大局，知难而进，经受锻炼和考验的一年。全局各项工作在干部职工的真抓实干中取得显著成效。积极向省政府、省人大、省政协、省国土资源厅领导汇报工作，赢得了测绘发展的广泛重视和支持；围绕“保增长、保发展、保态势”，积极为政府决策、应急保障和重大基础设施建设提供良好服务，测绘服务保障能力得到有效提高；在地理信息市场整顿、市县机构建设、资质管理、市场监管等方面加大工作力度，测绘统一监管工作取得新突破；在基础测绘经费、基础测绘任务安排、数字城市、数字县域、数字乡镇方面统筹规划，争取测绘基础经费6700万元，数字河南建设取得新突破；引进数字摄影测量网格、机载激光扫描仪技术及设备，在创新研发地理信息平台等科研项目方面加快转化，评选出河南省测绘科技进步奖、优质测绘成果奖110项；局属单位奋力开拓市场，全局生产总值较往年有大幅度增加；在加强队伍建设、班子建设、精神文明建设、测绘文化建设等方面，测绘精神得到大力弘扬。

　　会议对2010年工作任务进行了部署，提出了工作思路和发展目标。主要工作是：继续在提供测绘保障服务、加强测绘统一监管、丰富地理信息资源、推进数字河南建设、提升现代化测绘技术装备水平、加强制度建设与工作执行力上下功夫，提请省政府召开全省第四次测绘工作会议，积极服务国土资源管理工作，加快地理信息平台建设，科学编制“十二五”规划，坚持科技创新，改善测绘技术装备水平。

The meeting in 2010, made arrangements for the tasks put forward work plans and development objectives. Main tasks are: to continue to provide mapping support services, and strengthen supervision of surveying and mapping a unified, rich geographic information resources to promote the building of digital Henan and upgrade the level of modern surveying and mapping technology and equipment to strengthen the system construction and execution of work and work hard to draw the provincial government held a provincial section mapping of four meetings, actively serve the land and natural resources management, speed up the geographical information platform construction, science and the preparation of "Shier Wu" plan, adhere to scientific and technological innovation to improve the mapping technology and equipment.
