由刘经南、宁津生院士和程鹏飞研究员等专家组成的专家组听取了JLCORS项目组的汇报,审阅了相关技术资料,经过质询和讨论认为,《技术方案》目标明确,内容完整,技术指标科学合理,技术路线切实可行,尤其在布网方案、数据通信、数据处理、应用服务等方面的设计,充分考虑到吉林省测绘、气象、地震、国土等行业的实际需求;《实施方案》中的组织结构严密,工作流程合理,质量控制体系健全。JLCORS项目建设方案技术指标先进,具有前瞻性和可操作性,作为地理空间信息基础设施,可满足吉林省经济社会发展需要。同意通过论证。
