1月29日，“吉林省连续运行卫星定位参考站综合服务系统（JLCORS）项目建设总体技术方案和总体实施方案”通过专家论证。

　　由刘经南、宁津生院士和程鹏飞研究员等专家组成的专家组听取了JLCORS项目组的汇报，审阅了相关技术资料，经过质询和讨论认为，《技术方案》目标明确，内容完整，技术指标科学合理，技术路线切实可行，尤其在布网方案、数据通信、数据处理、应用服务等方面的设计，充分考虑到吉林省测绘、气象、地震、国土等行业的实际需求；《实施方案》中的组织结构严密，工作流程合理，质量控制体系健全。JLCORS项目建设方案技术指标先进，具有前瞻性和可操作性，作为地理空间信息基础设施，可满足吉林省经济社会发展需要。同意通过论证。

　　JLCORS项目建设总体技术方案和总体实施方案顺利通过专家论证，标志着该项目建设进入全面实施阶段。
