　　2009年，全省测绘系统广大干部职工凝聚力量，科学发展。各级测绘行政主管部门大力推动《国务院关于加强测绘工作的意见》和《福建省人民政府关于加强测绘工作的实施意见》的贯彻落实，紧密围绕海峡西岸经济区建设和全省经济社会发展做好测绘保障服务。市县测绘工作的基础进一步夯实，基础测绘实施顺利，公共服务和测绘保障作用进一步彰显，测绘管理到位有力，测绘发展环境明显改善，地理信息资源发挥效用，各项工作都取得新的进展，服务社会的能力效益显著提升。
