1月29日,吉林省测绘局在长春组织召开了“吉林省范围内1980西安坐标系至CGCS2000坐标系整体转换系统”项目专家验收会,此研究项目通过专家验收。
专家组听取了项目有关建设情况报告,审阅了相关资料,进行了质询和讨论。专家组认为该项目成果理论依据正确,技术路线科学合理,达到项目预期目标,实现了将控制点、地形图由1980西安坐标系向CGCS2000坐标系的转换。同时,系统还具备地形图图廓坐标转换改正数的计算功能,为4D测绘产品的坐标系统转换提供了数据基础。完全满足基础测绘工作需要,成果具有创新性。
该项目由吉林省基础地理信息中心承担,是基于“二维七参数”坐标转换数学模型,通过构建Delaunay三角形,并使用双线性内插方法建立了吉林省范围内统一的1980西安坐标系至CGCS2000整体转换的数值模型,经外部检核,坐标转换精度达到了厘米级。该项目针对E00格式的数字线划地形图坐标系统转换,采用细划转换单元、逐点转换的方法,实现了E00格式DLG数据的无缝转换,解决了转换过程中地形图接边问题。通过数值模型的程序封装,提高了工作效率。
