近日在北京举行的2009年度国产空间信息系统软件测评总结表彰会上传出消息,2009年是国产GIS软件企业在发展规模上取得标志性进展的一年,中地数码集团、北京超图软件股份有限公司产值在2008年超过了1亿元人民币后,继续保持1亿元以上。北京超图软件股份有限公司成功在创业板上市,进入我国软件产业中等规模以上的阵营。
本年度软件测评是自1996年以来,国家遥感中心组织完成的第14个年度软件测评。本次测评由国家遥感中心组织中国地理信息系统协会、中国环境遥感学会和中国全球定位系统技术应用协会共同开展。主要测评对象为具有自主版权的地理信息系统(GIS)软件、遥感(RS)图像处理软件和卫星导航(GNSS)应用软件等空间信息系统专业软件。
测评工作自2009年6月开始,历时6个月,具体实施工作由国家遥感中心空间信息系统软件测评中心和2009年度空间信息系统软件测评专家委员会负责。参加本年度测评的软件开发单位共有25个,其中第一次参加测评的单位11个。参加本年度测评的软件共有43个,其中第一次参加测评的软件34个,约占参测软件总数80%,包括GIS软件30个、RS软件3个、GNSS应用软件10个。共有17个软件获表彰,其中地理信息系统(GIS)类软件11个、全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)类软件 5个、遥感(RS)类软件1个。
2009年度测评只对GIS、RS和GNSS专业软件测评,不对GIS和RS平台软件测评。测评重点是专业软件的规范性、实用性和定制能力。在本年度测评中,涌现出一批技术水平高、运行稳定、拥有相当市场份额、发展较为成熟的空间信息系统软件。它们代表了我国目前空间信息系统软件的水平,是国产空间信息系统软件产业的骨干产品,也是支撑地理空间信息产业发展的核心产品,尤其是导航定位软件和地理信息系统软件水平不断提高,对推动以位置服务为核心的战略性新兴产业的发展将发挥重要的支撑作用。国家遥感中心表示将向各有关行业部门推荐优秀的国产空间信息系统软件,让更多的国产空间信息系统软件在国民经济建设和国防建设中发挥更重要的作用,逐步提高市场占有率;还将面向国家科技计划的实施,在863计划和科技支撑计划部署和实施过程中,优先支持这些优秀的软件;通过国际合作渠道让更多的优秀软件走出国门,跻身国际市场;还将进一步加强宣传,让更多的用户了解和使用优秀的国产空间信息系统软件。
