日前，浙江省温州市规划局召开全市基础测绘“十二五”规划编制工作座谈会。

　　会议指出，要客观评价“十一五”规划的执行情况，分析原因，总结经验教训。要充分认识编制基础测绘“十二五”规划的重要性。“十二五”期间要以构建信息化测绘体系为主要任务，加快测绘技术的更新和自主创新，加强人才队伍建设，充分体现测绘的基础性保障作用，通过“十二五”规划使温州测绘工作更上新台阶。

　　会议强调，要在新的起点上谋划“十二五”时期的温州市测绘发展，全市必须在认真总结和评估基础测绘“十一五”规划的基础上，做好与市发改、财政部门的沟通联系及前期准备工作，及早将基础测绘“十二五”规划列入当地“十二五”规划编制体系，科学编制基础测绘“十二五”规划，全面服务保障当地经济社会发展需要。

　　与会人员回顾了基础测绘“十一五”规划的执行情况，并围绕基础测绘“十二五”规划的启动及如何科学编制规划等展开交流，提出了各自的想法和建议。
