近日，福建省漳州市国土资源局印发《测绘单位测绘质量考评办法》，对质量工作施行量化考评。

　　为切实加强对测绘质量的监督管理，增强各测绘单位增强质量意识，漳州市国土资源局在充分调研的基础上，结合实际，研究提出了具体的考评办法。办法规定，质量考评的对象为在漳州注册的测绘单位，考评主要内容包括测绘单位质量保证机构、人员、测绘成果合格率、质检记录、责任追究制度的建立和落实及依法施测情况等。考评工作将结合测绘资质年度注册进行，由市国土资源局抽调市、县（市）测绘行政主管部门及测绘单位专家实施，日常检查中发现的问题登记建档，列入考评内容扣分。

　　办法列出了量化标准，总分为100分，得分90分以上的为优秀，得分70至89分为良好，得分60至69分为及格，低于60分为不及格。漳州市国土资源局今后将每年对测绘质量评优的单位通报表彰，对考评不及格单位通报批评，并在测绘资质年度注册中提出缓期注册、降低资质等级或不予注册的处理意见。

Appraisal work will combine the annual registration of qualification for surveying and mapping, the municipal Land and Resources Bureau sent the city and county (city) administrative department of surveying and mapping, and surveying and mapping unit of experts in the implementation of routine inspections of the problems found in the registration on file to include the contents of evaluation points.
