2009年，四川测绘局扎实开展国家版图意识宣传教育和地图市场监管的工作，取得了较好的效果。

　　一是利用测绘法宣传日宣传测绘法规，举办培训班加强教育。在测绘法宣传日制作宣传展板，编制印刷3万份地图产品和宣传资料，设立宣传站，悬挂宣传横幅，布置宣传展板，播放宣传录音，讲解测绘知识；各市州测绘行政主管部门在当地主要街道、居民点悬挂横幅、张贴宣传标语；利用局门户网站发布有关测绘法律法规、国家版图知识等方面的信息。分别举办测绘资质单位负责人和市州测绘主管部门负责人测绘法律法规培训班，120人参加培训。

　　二是继续开展互联网地图和地理信息服务网站监管工作。2009年3月，在全省开展了对互联网地图和地理信息服务违法违规行为专项治理活动，对四川省区域内的静态地图网页和矢量地图网站共1456个进行网络检索和检查，发现静态地图网页和矢量地图网站登载的地图普遍存在错绘国界线，漏绘南海诸岛、钓鱼岛、赤尾屿等重要岛屿以及“一中一台”等严重政治性问题，部分地图内容还涉及泄露国家秘密地理坐标数据和属性内容。四川局组织行政执法人员对在互联网上非法登载地图的行为进行了查处，要求15家网站立即撤销登载的电子地图，并限期整改。

　　三是进一步完善和规范地图审查工作。修订了《地图审核办事指南》，规范地图审核行政许可，公开地图审核制度和办事指南，要求地图报审须到省政务中心窗口报审，统一收件、受理。在地图审核中，严把地图质量关，确保地图在正式出版展示前符合国家相关规定。为提高审图人员的业务素质，四川局派出人员参加全国地图审核培训班，已经有7人取得了地图内容审查上岗证。
