1月26日至27日，国家测绘局测绘公共服务研究课题组到黑龙江测绘局进行专题调研。

　　课题组首先观看了国家测绘局黑龙江基础地理信息中心开发的省级地理信息公共服务平台、数字哈尔滨、数字齐齐哈尔等测绘公共服务系统以及基于位置服务的物流远程监控和森林防火等应用系统的建设和运行演示，对黑龙江测绘局在测绘公共服务方面的创新给予了充分的肯定，并就系统运作模式、维护运行、投入机制等进行了深入地交流。

　　座谈会上，课题调研组在对测绘公共服务的内涵与作用、测绘公共服务的特征、当前测绘公共服务存在的突出问题、测绘公共服务的主要内容以及实现方式、进一步提升测绘公共服务水平的措施等五个方面与黑龙江测绘局进行了广泛的交流，特别是对分建共享的建设机制等问题交换了意见。

At the forum, topic research group on mapping the meaning and role of public service, mapping the characteristics of public services, the current mapping outstanding problems in public service, mapping the main content of public services and the achievement of ways to further enhance the level of public services, measures for the Survey and Mapping in five areas of Heilongjiang Bureau of Surveying and Mapping had extensive exchanges, especially for sub-building mechanism to build a shared and exchanged views on other issues.
