　　会议听取了各市测绘管理工作汇报，认真查阅了各市的管理台帐，依据国家《测绘法》、江苏省测绘条例以及江苏省测绘管理考核办法，围绕履行管理职能、加强机构建设；测绘法规建设与公共服务；测绘市场管理；基础测绘管理；测绘成果管理；标准与质量管理；测量标志管理；地理信息市场整治；领导重视等十个方面内容进行公开评议和现场打分。经全面衡量、综合考核、统一推荐，按照从高分到低分的排序，取前6名为2009年度市级测绘管理工作先进单位和优秀单位。

　　通过系统科学地考核，一是加强了各市测绘管理部门之间的交流和学习，促进市级测绘管理工作不断创新。二是加大了全省测绘统一监管力度，进一步规范了全省测绘市场秩序。三是增强了测绘系统的凝聚力、向心力。四是加强了测绘成果管理，建立了安全保障机制。五是提高了测绘为地方经济建设和社会发展提供全方位保障服务的意识。
