近日,甘肃省陇南市建成连续运行卫星定位系统,并投入使用。该系统的建成,将大大提升地震灾区测绘保障服务能力,还可满足灾区地质灾害监测、气象预报、城乡规划建设、交通、安全等领域对快速精确定位的需求。
陇南市是去年5·12汶川特大地震的重灾区。该地区山高沟深,森林茂密,交通不便,加上已有的国家大地点测量标志大部分被损坏,根本无法满足灾后重建基础测绘工作的需要。为解决这一问题,甘肃省测绘工程院在陇南地区的文县、康县、武都及甘南州的舟曲、合作5个县,投资建设了5个连续运行卫星定位参考站,这5个站与近临的陕西宁强、略阳,四川的青川、平武等地已建成的基准站组合在一起,便可实现整个地震灾区的无缝覆盖,为陇南市8个县区和甘南州部分地区提供精确的大地测量基准。该系统一个多月试运行的结果显示,整个系统运行稳定,质量可靠。

The system showed that more than a month of trial operation, the entire system is running stable and reliable quality.
