中越陆地边界勘界文件签字仪式１８日在北京举行。中越陆地边界经过双方历时１０年的共同努力已全线勘定。今天签署的文件包括《中越陆地边界勘界议定书》及其附图、《中越陆地边界管理制度协定》和《中越陆地边境口岸及其管理制度协定》。外交部副部长武大伟与越南副外长胡春山分别代表两国政府签署了上述文件。外交部长杨洁篪出席了签字仪式。签字仪式前，杨洁篪会见了中越双方代表团。

　　此前，武大伟副部长与胡春山副外长就两国陆地边界和海上问题举行会谈。双方一致同意将全面加强在陆地边界事务中的协调与合作，共同致力于两国边境地区的长治久安和共同发展。双方重申将努力通过外交谈判寻求解决海上问题的办法。双方一致认为应共同努力维护南海的和平稳定，并同意启动制定指导解决中越海上问题基本原则协议的磋商。

Earlier, Vice Minister Wu Dawei, Vice Foreign Minister Hu Chun Shan on the land border and maritime issues between the two countries held talks. The two sides agreed to comprehensively strengthen cooperation in the land border affairs coordination and cooperation, make joint efforts for lasting peace and stability in border areas between the two countries and common development. The two sides reiterated their efforts to seek a solution through diplomatic negotiations at sea to the problem. Both sides agreed to work together to safeguard peace and stability in the South China Sea, and agreed to start the development of guidance on resolving the basic principles of the Sino-Vietnamese agreement on maritime issues consultations.
