11月16日，国家测绘局第一地形测量队的10多名测绘技术人员驾车离开西安，踏上了国家1:5万数据库更新云黔桂测区外业生产征途，其余的70多名队员也将于近日陆续赶赴测区。

　　按照陕西测绘局的生产安排，2009年国测地形一队承担云黔桂测区西区5幅1:5万像片连测任务和199幅综合判调生产。出测前，国测地形一队组织所有参与人员集中进行技术培训。全面学习了项目专业技术设计书和各种技术补充规定，并结合近几年来的作业实践和质量检查中发现的问题，以及提交内业后遇到的问题，有针对性地做了讲解分析，加深了队员们对技术要求的理解和掌握。此次培训条理清晰，操作性强，对统一技术规定，规范外业生产，减少检查和修改工作量，又好又快地完成任务具有积极的作用。

　　云黔桂测区位于云南、贵州、湖南、广西、广东五省（自治区）交界处，东西跨度约950公里，南北宽约400公里，属于云贵高原、南岭山地地貌。地质情况多样，地物地貌错综复杂，森林灌木等植被覆盖面积大，野生动物多。山地、丘陵交错，石灰岩溶蚀地貌广布，交通不便。测区内民族众多，是我国众多少数民族聚集地。水系受山峦分割，分为长江、珠江两大水系。队员们一致表示，要发扬测绘人的精神，克服困难，保质保量，按时完成任务。
