11月17日，四川测绘局召开会议对“高精度GPS测量成果质量检验技术研究”成果进行初审。会上，项目组向与会专家汇报了组织开展研究工作的情况，演示了开发的软件成果——高精度GPS测量成果质量检验系统GQCS（Hight Precise GPS Quality Checking System）。专家们对项目组的工作和取得的研究成果给予了肯定，并提出进一步完善的具体建议。该项目是2008年国家测绘局批准立项的基础测绘科技项目，由国家测绘局测质检中心、四川省第一测绘工程院承担。

November 17, Sichuan Bureau of Surveying and Mapping held a meeting on the "high-precision GPS measurement results of quality testing technology research," preliminary results. At the meeting, the project team reported to the participating experts to carry out research work of the organization to demonstrate the outcome of the development of software - the outcome of high-precision GPS measurements of quality inspection system GQCS (Hight Precise GPS Quality Checking System). The experts of the project team's work and the results of research affirmed, and make specific recommendations to further improve. The project was approved by the Board in 2008 the National Mapping project based mapping technology projects, measuring quality inspection by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Center, Sichuan Academy of Engineering, Surveying and Mapping first commitment.
