郑州测绘学校通过行风评议促进学校建设

今年,郑州测绘学校荣获“河南省行风建设先进单位”称号。该校行风建设及2008年民主评议行风工作受到河南省人民政府纠风办公室、省教育厅的一致好评。为进一步加强行风建设,成为人民群众真正满意的学校,该校自今年6月开始,按照省纠正行业不正之风领导小组、省教育厅的部署,认真开展2009年民主评议学校行风活动。目前,该校正依照《郑州测绘学校2009年民主评议行风工作整改方案》扎实推进整改工作。

 

  该校把办学行为情况、招生行为情况、收费行为情况、教师教学和学生管理情况、后勤服务情况、师德师风校风建设情况及领导重视情况作为民主评议行风的主要内容,旨在着力解决学校在办学、招生、收费、师德、师风、校风和服务意识等方面存在的突出问题,促进学校建设。为切实查找并解决问题,该校把评议实施工作分为部门自评自纠和全校评议两个阶段进行。各部门自评自纠之后,学校通过座谈会、问卷调查、个别走访等形式,广泛征集教职工、学生、学生家长、测绘用人单位、周边兄弟单位对学校工作的意见和建议,继而出台整改方案,开始整改工作。

 

  根据整改方案,该校将进一步加大新校区征地及建设工作力度,积极创造申办测绘高等职业教育院校的各项条件,并拟订实施方案,分步抓好落实,力争在申办测绘高等职业教育工作上早日取得成效。该校将紧密结合测绘生产实际推进课程建设和教学内容改革,进一步提高毕业生适应测绘生产、服务测绘生产的能力和水平;将尽可能多地增加教学仪器设备的资金投入,最大限度地提高学生对测绘新知识、新技术的应用能力。另外,学校还在加强教职工队伍建设、进一步做好为学生服务工作、进一步提高学生综合素质等方面提出了整改措施。

 

  该校民主评议行风是促进学校建设和发展的重要手段,只有认真查找、及时发现学校工作中存在的问题和不足,才能“对症下药”,有效改进工作,推进学校工作的全面进步。学校已要求各部门结合各自工作职责,解决好需要整改的问题,进而促进学校各项建设,不断提高测绘技能型人才的培养质量。
