近日，河北省测绘学会第六次会员代表大会在石家庄召开。省科学技术协会、省测绘局领导出席开幕式并讲话。测绘界知名专家、各理事单位、会员单位及会员共200多人参加大会。

　　会议审议通过了学会第六届理事会工作报告，通过了《河北省测绘学会章程》（修正案）、《河北省测绘学会第七届理事、常务理事选举办法》等文件，选举产生了新一届学会理事会，七届一次全体理事会选举产生了理事长、副理事长、秘书长、常务理事及各专业委员会组成人员，省测绘局副局长续铁枢当选省测绘学会理事长。

　　此次换届在保留原有各专业委员会的基础上增设了房产测绘专业委员会和教育培训专业委员会，为推进全省房地产测绘技术进步、加速培养现代测绘人才奠定了基础。

　　河北省煤田地质局物测地质队等30个单位被评为2002-2009年度学会先进集体，河北省第一测绘院许国振等30位同志被评为2002-2009年度学会先进个人，并受到表彰奖励。

　　会议公布了2009年度河北省测绘学会科学技术奖评审结果。其中，“地学量化信息轴坐标系图形可视化研究”等5个项目被评为一等奖，“基于webGIS的公路勘察设计支持与管理系统”等3个项目被评为二等奖，“基于TM的开滦矿区土地利用/覆盖变体研究”项目被评为三等奖。

　　会议期间举办了数字城市建设学术报告会，受到广大会员一致好评，对于加强测绘学术交流，推动全省测绘科技发展起到了积极的推动作用。

Recently, Hebei Province Survey and Mapping Institute of the sixth member congress held in Shijiazhuang. Society meeting examined and adopted the report of the sixth work of the Council, adopted the "Constitution of the Institute, Hebei Province Survey and Mapping," (Amendment), "Surveying and Mapping Institute of Hebei Province, the seventh director, executive director of electoral practices" and other documents, elected the new one regular session of the Council, the Seventh General Council elected the first chairman, vice chairman of the Secretary-General, and the directors and the professional committees of the Provincial Bureau of Surveying and Mapping continued iron-shu, deputy director was elected provincial chairman of Surveying and Mapping Society.


The change of the retention of the existing professional bodies, based on the addition of Real Estate Surveying education and training of professional committees and professional committees, in order to promote the province's real estate mapping advances in technology, speed up the training laid the foundation for modern surveying and mapping personnel.

Announced the 2009 annual meeting in Hebei Province Survey and Mapping Institute of Science and Technology Award for the assessment results. Among them, "Geo-axis coordinate system to quantify the information visualization of research" and other five projects were awarded the first prize, "based on webGIS highway survey and design support and management system" and so on three projects were awarded second prize, "Based on TM's Kailuan mining land use / cover variants research" project was awarded third prize.
