变更地籍测量成果资料的变更有:宗地面积变更、地籍图及宗地图变更、界址点坐标册变更、面积汇总表及统计表变更等。

对宗地分割的宗地面积变更,如变更后宗地面积之和与原宗地面积的差值满足规定限差要求,将差值按分割宗地面积比例配赋到变更后的宗地面积,如差值超限,则应查明原因,并取正确值。
二、地籍图及宗地图变更
(一)地籍图变更
采用数字法测绘地籍图的变更,数字地籍图应随宗地变更而随时更改,但要保留历史上每一时期的数字地籍图现状。

(二)宗地图变更
宗地图是土地证书的附图,变更地籍测量时,无论变更宗地界址是否发生变化,都应依据变更后的地籍图或宗地草图,按《城镇地籍调查规程》有关规定重新绘制宗地图。原宗地图不得划改,应加盖“变更”字样印章保存。
三、其他资料变更
(一)界址点坐标册变更
