面积量算系指水平面积量算。面积量算的内容包括宗地面积、地类面积、宗地内建筑占地面积、建筑面积量算与面积汇总统计。
一、面积量算方法
面积量算方法一般分为解析法和图解法两种。
(一)解析法

二、面积量算的要求
面积量算应有检核,以防止粗差的产生并对面积量箅成果进行控制与平差。对于未采用计算机解析法量算面积的,均应独立进行两次量算,两次量算的较差在限差内的取中数,两次量算的较差应满足下式:
