网络时代出行，越来越多人选择以电子地图为参考，可电子地图的准确性，却也让许多人放心不下。近来有市民反映，杏林大桥、集美大桥都通车一年了，可在厦门的一些电子地图上根本找不到。“更新这么滞后，叫我们怎么放心使用呢？”电子地图是如何进行更新的？信息滞后的现状能否改变？记者就此进行调查。
现状 地图四年从未更新
龙岩的张先生国庆来厦门旅游，要从莲坂乘车去滨南长途车站。出门前，他在E都市厦门3D电子地图上查到，可在莲坂国贸站乘坐23路、30路、45路等车前往。但到了车站，他却怎么都找不到这几路车了，遍寻站牌，没有一辆车能到滨南车站。原因很简单，地图上的公交站名“过时”了，莲坂国贸站早已经变了位置，张先生应该到莲坂外图书城站，才能正确乘车。“这可是百度搜索排在首位的地图啊，更新怎么会这么滞后呢？”
在百度上输入“厦门电子地图”,前三位分别是E都市3D电子地图、百度电子地图和易搜搜电子地图。记者浏览后发现，除了百度地图中有出现杏林大桥、集美大桥和成功大道，另两种地图中均没有这些新增路桥。在公交站点的命名上，E都市和易搜搜地图也都存在一些“历史遗留问题”.比如易搜搜中出现的莲坂新华书店站、洪文站，早已分别更名为莲坂北站和瑞景商业广场站。
这些电子地图，都是更新至什么时间的？记者从E都市3D电子地图的运营商--龙腾城市信息科技有限公司了解到，地图自2006年创建以来，进行过一次更新，但这也是近两年前的事了。易搜搜地图更是从2005年创建至今，从未更新过，市民从上面查到的，都是四年前的“历史信息”了。
问题 任何改动均需报批
运营商为何不对电子地图进行实时更新？一个直接的原因是，更新程序太过繁琐。记者从市测绘与基础地理信息中心了解到，按照法律规定，任何公开发布的地图，都需经测绘部门审批，取得批号，一经发布，就不能再自行更改，要更新的话必须重新申请批号。记者看到，市测绘与基础地理信息中心发布在市国土资源与房产管理局网站上的权威厦门电子地图，更新时间也停留在2007年。“每更新一次，工程量都很大，我们一般也就两三年一改。”工作人员告诉记者。

根源 盈利空间极为有限
不过对于运营商来说，盈利状况才是决定他们是否及时更新地图的根本原因。“电子地图我们都不想管了！现在只是在亏损状态下勉强保留。”易搜搜地图运营商--厦门易为科技有限公司相关负责人向记者坦言。E都市3D电子地图同样是年年亏损。
电子地图的盈利，除了通过传统的网页广告，另一重要途径是为商家在地图上植入信息，如突出处理商家名称，增加文字介绍等。“听上去是很理想的一种模式，但目前全国范围内，电子地图的运营情况普遍不佳。”龙腾公司相关负责人告诉记者，即使地图已经具备了足够的知名度，但毕竟还是新生事物，许多商家对这种广告模式没有把握，缺乏认同，尝试的积极性不高。“要取得广泛的认同，必须提高服务质量，但这需要极大的投入，从投入-产出比上看，电子地图更接近于公益行业。”
