10月16日，国家测绘局西部测图工程项目部在四川省遥感信息测绘院召开1：5万地形图空白区测图工程2009年内业生产协调会。陕西、黑龙江、四川、海南测绘局，国家测绘局重庆测绘院，甘肃省、青海省以及新疆维吾尔自治区测绘局国家西部测图工程项目负责人和技术负责人参加会议。

　　会上，各单位项目负责人汇报了青西内业测图生产进展情况、完成时间和青东、塔东成果质量检验后的整改情况，听取了有关质量问题的通报。与会人员就内业生产中影响生产进度的瓶颈问题及解决措施、青西内业接边中存在的主要问题及解决措施、通报的质量问题及如何整改等内容进行了热烈讨论，统一了认识。
