　　10月17日，中国测绘学会经济与管理专业委员会2009年全体委员会议暨学术年会在太原召开。专业委员会主任委员、副主任委员、委员及其代表，山西省测绘局领导班子成员共40多人参加会议。山西省测绘局机关各处室、局属各单位的负责人列席会议。专业委员会副主任委员、上海市测绘院党委书记陆洁中主持会议。

　　会上，山西省测绘局副局长陈睿致辞，简要介绍了山西的测绘工作情况。专业委员会主任委员张建国作工作报告。四川测绘局局长冯先光、国家基础地理信息中心主任李志刚、新疆维吾尔族自治区测绘局党组书记刘戈清、福建省测绘局党组书记何清河、国家测绘局重庆测绘院院长周社、浙江省地理信息中心书记徐军等分别就灾后重建测绘保障、地理信息产业发展、能力建设、人才培养等问题做了研讨交流。会议还对2007-2009年度的19篇测绘经济与管理研讨论文进行表彰，1篇获特别奖，14篇获优秀奖，4篇获鼓励奖。
