各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市测绘行政主管部门，新疆生产建设兵团测绘主管部门，局所属有关单位，有关企事业单位：
为贯彻实施《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006—2020年）》（国发[2005]44号）和《国务院关于加强测绘工作的意见》（国发[2007]30号），加快事关测绘事业发展、具有自主知识产权的关键技术和重大测绘科技成果的转化，实现我国测绘科技自主创新与跨越发展，根据《国务院关于实施〈国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006-2020年）〉若干配套政策的通知》（国发[2006]63号）的有关规定，现将《测绘自主创新产品认定管理办法（试行）》印发给你们，请遵照执行。执行中有何意见和建议，请及时反馈国家测绘局。
