10月14日，江苏省测绘局组织机关全体人员认真学习领会党的十七届四中全会《决定》。

　　会议认为，党的十七届四中全会决定，深刻分析党的建设面临的新形势新任务，认真总结了我们党加强自身建设的基本经验，明确提出了加强和改进党的建设的总体要求、目标任务、重要举措，对加强和改进新形势下党的建设作出战略部署，是指导当前和今后一个时期党的建设的纲领性文献。

　　会议要求，各级党组织要采取多种形式，分层次组织好四中全会精神的学习，增强贯彻四中全会《决定》的自觉性和坚定性，把学习贯彻四中全会精神不断引向深入。要认真分析党的建设面临的新情况新课题，坚持解放思想、与时俱进，围绕提高党的执政能力、保持和发扬党的先进性，全面加强党的思想、组织、作风、制度建设和反腐倡廉建设。要认真总结和运用过去在党的建设中创造的成功经验，健全和落实已有的制度和办法，研究制定符合世情、国情、党情的新措施，不断推进党的建设的实践创新、理论创新、制度创新，尤其要在建设学习型党组织、积极发展党内民主、深化干部人事制度改革、加强党的基层组织建设等方面创新思路、创新体制、创新组织形式，努力创造新的经验，取得新的成效。要深入开展反腐败斗争，在坚决惩治腐败的同时加强教育、监督、改革、制度创新的力度。要大力弘扬党的优良作风，以优良党风促政风带民风，形成凝聚党心民心的强大力量。

　　会议强调，各单位党委（支部）要把学习贯彻十七届四中全会精神作为当前一项重要工作任务来抓。要增强使命感和责任感，把思想和行动自觉统一到四中全会精神上来。要紧密结合本单位党组织建设实际，加强对党的建设的领导，加强党组织和党员队伍建设，保持和发展党的先进性。要坚持党要管党、从严治党的组织原则，在提高党的建设科学化水平上下功夫。要全面落实党建工作责任制，各级党组织负责人要牢固树立“抓党建是本职、不抓党建是失职、抓不好党建不称职”的责任意识。要认真贯彻落实四中全会《决定》，在实践中不断认识和把握党的建设规律，坚持以科学的理论指导党的建设，以科学的制度保障党的建设，以科学的方法推进党的建设，把党的建设各项任务落到实处、落到基层，不断开创党的建设新局面，不断拓展测绘保障服务空间，以更优异的成绩为地方经济建设和社会发展作出更大的贡献。
