10月12日，国家测绘局职业技能鉴定指导中心组织全体职工学习《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》）。

　　会上，中心领导班子成员和中层干部结合工作实际，交流了学习《决定》的感受。大家认为，十七届四中全会是在国际形势发生重大变化，我国各项事业取得重大发展，中国共产党执政60周年，改革开放30周年的背景下召开的，具有特殊的时代意义。《决定》分析了加强党建工作的重要性，总结了党建经验，指出了存在的突出问题，提出了加强和改进党建工作的总体目标、要求、主要任务及新要求新举措，对今后党的建设工作具有重大而深远的指导意义。根据《决定》中“以高层次人才、高技能人才为重点统筹抓好各类人才队伍建设”的精神，该中心进一步明确了工作思路。班子成员结合分管工作，认真梳理了年度工作完成情况，要求各处加大工作力度，利用剩下一个季度的时间，圆满完成各项工作。同时，要认真思考下一年的工作计划。大家认为，这是一次很好的学习机会，一定要按照《决定》要求，进一步增强理想信念和责任感，不断提高自身能力，脚踏实地落实好各项工作任务。

　　会议要求，全体干部职工要加强对十七届四中全会精神和《决定》的学习，大力弘扬勤学之风，加强自身修养，党员干部要加强党性修养，肯于吃苦，做事讲求效率，不断提高自身的综合素质，为测绘事业发展贡献一份力量。

October 12, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping guidance vocational skills appraisal organized by the Center to learn all employees, "the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving Party building in the new situation, the decision of a number of major issues" (hereinafter referred to as "Decision").

Meeting, the central leadership team members and the actual work with middle-level cadres, exchange of learning the "Decision" feel. It was felt that 17 is the Fourth Plenary Session of the major changes in the international situation, China's various undertakings made by a major development in the 60th anniversary of the ruling Communist Party of China, the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up held against the backdrop, and has a special meaning of the times. "Decision" analysis of the importance of strengthening party building, summed up the experience in party building, pointing out that the existence of the prominent issues for strengthening and improving Party work, the overall objectives, requirements, major tasks and new requirements for new initiatives, the future Party-building work has great and far-reaching significance. According to the "Decision" in the "high-level talent, highly skilled professionals focused on all kinds of talents do a good job co-ordinating the building of" spirit, the Center further defined work plans. Combination of group members in charge of work, carefully combing the completion of the annual work require greater efforts around the use of the remaining one quarter of the time, the successful completion of the work. At the same time, we should seriously consider next year's work plan. We believe that this is a very good learning opportunity must follow the "Decision" requirement, and further enhance the ideals and beliefs and sense of responsibility, and continuously improve their own capacity to implement the various tasks down to earth.


The meeting urged all cadres and workers is necessary to strengthen the spirit of Fourth Plenary Session of 17 and the "decision" of the study and vigorously carry forward the Diligence of wind, and strengthen their own self-cultivation, party members and cadres should strengthen the party spirit, always willing to endure hardship, work efficiency, and continuously improve the the overall quality of their own, in order to contribute to a mapping career development.
