日前，河北省测绘局出台《河北省测绘行政许可案卷评查标准（试行）》（以下简称行政许可案卷评查标准）和《河北省测绘行政处罚案卷评查标准（试行）》（以下简称行政处罚案卷评查标准），印发全省各级测绘行政主管部门执行。

　　行政许可案卷评查标准共分四部分，包括总则、基础标准、一般程序测绘行政许可文书规范标准和当场办结测绘行政许可文书规范标准，其中基础标准中规定的要素是判断案卷是否合格的基本要素，不符合其中任何一项基础标准内容的，案卷都将被判定为不合格卷。一般程序测绘行政许可文书规范标准和当场办结测绘行政许可文书规范标准均为100分制，90分以上的为优秀，80-90分为良好，60-80分为合格，60分以下为不合格。

　　测绘行政处罚案卷评查标准按照上述原则，对一般程序行政处罚文书规范标准和简易程序行政处罚文书规范标准分别进行规定。

　　测绘行政许可和行政处罚案卷评查标准的出台，为组织开展测绘行政许可和行政处罚案卷评查活动打下了坚实的基础。
