9月29日下午，河北省副省长孙瑞彬带领省政府副秘书长于万魁、省国土资源厅厅长张绍廉等到省测绘局调研。

　　孙瑞彬认真听取了省测绘局的工作汇报，对全省测绘立法、统一监管、基础测绘、科技创新、成果共建共享、保障服务等方面工作给予了充分肯定。他说，测绘是经济社会发展的一项基础性工作，广泛服务于经济建设、国防建设和人民生活，做好新时期的测绘工作，意义重大。省测绘局全体干部职工要深入学习实践科学发展观，认真贯彻《国务院关于加强测绘工作的意见》，按照省委、省政府的部署，坚持服务大局、服务社会、服务民生的宗旨，把工作做实做细，全面提高测绘保障服务水平。他指出，国土资源厅、测绘局要加强与省发展改革、财政等部门的沟通协调，争取支持，切实落实好《河北省基础测绘“十一五”发展规划》，确保规划的各项目标的如期实现。要全面落实省委省政府扩内需、保增长、调结构、惠民生的各项措施要求，进一步提高测绘促进经济社会发展的保障服务能力和水平。

　　孙瑞彬副省长一行参观了基础地理信息数字化基地和省基础地理信息中心，详细调研了测绘生产流程、测绘成果转化应用、人才队伍建设等基本情况，慰问了测绘作业人员，祝愿广大测绘工作者双节愉快，工作顺利。
