　　浙江省测绘局局长陈建国在颁章仪式上讲话，他说，今年是中华人民共和国成立60周年，同时，也是我们浙江省测绘局建局35周年。60多年前，我们在座的老同志为了解放全中国，不惜抛头颅、洒热血，为抵抗日本帝国主义侵略、推翻三座大山压迫、缔造人民民主专政的新中国立下了不朽功勋。新中国成立以后，老同志们又从硝烟弥漫的战场转战发展新中国测绘事业这一战场，在这个战场上，你们同样做出了艰苦卓绝的努力，取得了令人瞩目的成就，为浙江省测绘事业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。陈建国祝福老同志保重身体，生活幸福，安享晚年。

　　在雄浑的进行曲中，浙江省测绘局领导班子全体成员为离休老干部颁发了建国60周年纪念章。工作人员为参加仪式的离退休老同志献上了鲜花。

　　 老干部们从各自不同的经历和角度，回忆了新中国创立和建设的光荣历程，感慨在中国共产党领导下，全国人民齐心协力经过几十年的努力特别是改革开放三十年的建设，把一个贫穷落后的中国建设成一个繁荣富强的国家。他们表示作为老同志虽然年事渐高，但还要继续学习，与时俱进，从各方面支持局的工作，要在有生之年为党，为社会多做贡献。
