近日，陕西测绘局召开全局专业技术人员会议，研究部署科技创新和专业技术人员培养工作。全局专业技术人员共80多人参加会议

　　会议强调，自主创新是实现陕西局发展的重要动力，也是测绘科技人员实现个人价值的重要途径。高级专业技术人员是科技创新的主要力量，要充分发挥高级专业技术人才的科技创新能力。在实施创新的步骤和方法方面，首先要树立正确的观念，在不断学习实践中有所收获，要从小项目、前人有基础的项目、有价值的项目做起。要合理地建立科技创新人才梯队，加强领导，营造科技创新氛围，早出成果。

　　会议还就该局新颁布实施的《高级专业技术人员创新能力考核办法》、《陕西测绘局青年学术和技术带头人遴选管理办法》做了说明。

The meeting also the promulgation and implementation of its new "senior professional and technical personnel innovative assessment methods", "Shaanxi Bureau of Surveying and Mapping of youth leaders in the selection of academic and technical management approach" is explained.
