为进一步加大对全省百户重点企业的扶持力度，帮助重点企业克服国际金融危机带来的不利影响，努力实现保增长、保民生、保稳定的目标，保持全省经济平稳较快发展，省人才工作领导小组组织开展了省直机关百名处长服务百户重点企业活动。省测绘局派出处级干部帮扶一汽光洋转向装置有限公司。

　　针对企业的具体需要，省测绘局主动帮助企业申请了6项专利。从支持企业文化建设出发，向企业赠送了《中国地图》、《世界地图》、《吉林省地图》14幅。并为企业制作了《一汽光洋转向装置有限公司全国客户分布图》两幅，免费赠送企业。

　　省测绘局正在为帮扶企业编制《一汽光洋转向装置有限公司卫星影像图》。在省测绘局的帮扶下，在企业干部职工的共同努力下，一汽光洋转向装置有限公司逐步摆脱了国际金融危机的影响，扭转了亏损下滑的局面，生产经营呈现出向上的发展势头。
