　　四川测绘局介绍了汶川地震灾后恢复重建测绘专项建设工程项目管理办法、项目质量管理办法等规章制度，专项建设工程1：1万地形图测制设计方案，四川省1：1万基础地理信息数据规定和1：1万制图建库一体化软件等情况，部署了专项建设工程2009年项目任务计划。

　　四川测绘局作为项目组织实施单位，认真做好组织管理，各项工作井然有序。目前，该项目进展顺利，已初见成效，主要体现在：影像获取工作进展顺利，已完成影像获取8.7万平方公里，（航摄2.5万平方公里，卫星影像获取3.2万平方公里，共享航摄资料3万平方公里），为地图测制工作的开展打下了坚实基础。空间定位基准恢复重建按计划稳步推进，完成了全部GPS B、C级点和一、二、三等水准点的普查、选埋工作，完成了全部基准站的设计、选址工作和空间定位基准恢复重建全年生产任务的70%。1:1万地形图测制工作开局良好，完成了1:1万像控点测量928幅，（卫星影像像控点测量800幅，航空影像像控点测量128幅），1:1万室内预更新200幅，已有地形图扫描矢量化等高线547幅，RSDOM生产100幅，1:1万外业调绘90幅正在开展。
