9月22日，江苏省测绘局召开专门会议，学习贯彻国家和省维护稳定工作会议精神，部署新中国60周年华诞期间安全保卫和维护稳定工作。

　　会议要求，各单位要充分认识维护稳定工作暨做好国庆期间安全保卫工作的重要性和必要性，切实加强责任意识和大局意识，以高度负责的精神，加强干部职工思想教育，扎实抓好国庆期间各项工作，以实际行动和优异成绩向新中国成立60周年献礼。一要加强对节日期间安全保卫工作的领导，采取有效措施，完善各项制度，全面落实维护稳定工作的各项要求，确保单位在国庆节期间不发生各种事故，确保维护稳定工作取得实际成效。二要加强宣传，全员发动。要紧密结合测绘生产特点，在全局系统深入开展维护稳定、确保安全的思想教育，大力营造和创建和谐稳定的氛围及环境。三要组织开展局系统安全工作检查，积极排查事故隐患和事故苗头，加强对危险物品、重点部位和要害部门的检查力度，强化防范措施，杜绝各类事故的发生。四要加强测绘应急服务保障工作，及时为省委省政府和有关部门提供地图、基础地理信息数据等测绘应用成果，为全省维稳和安全生产发挥坚强有力的测绘保障服务。五要加强国庆期间值班工作和甲型H1N1流感防控工作，实行主要领导带班制和24小时值班制，严格落实重大事项报告和零报告制度。

　　会议强调，贯彻落实好国家和省委省政府关于国庆期间维稳工作和安全工作，关键是落实工作责任制，重点是加强防范和加强职工队伍教育，落脚点是强化措施、严密部署。各单位要切实加强组织领导，严格检查、严格防范，确保全局系统国庆节期间各项工作有序、有效运行。
