国家测绘局重庆测绘院把查处违章问题、解决安全隐患、强化薄弱环节作为安全生产“三项行动”的出发点和落脚点，堵塞漏洞，完善机制，强化管理，提高安全运行水平，确保基地持续安全。

　　一是加强领导，高度重视。该院高度重视“三项行动”，把这项工作作为今年的一项重要工作来抓，院领导挂帅，院安全生产委员会和职能部门具体负责此项工作的组织实施，制定下发了周密方案。各一线生产单位也明确了组织领导机构，层层落实，确保责任到位、措施到位、工作到位。

　　二是广泛宣传，营造氛围。该院结合“安全生产月”活动的开展，大力宣传安全生产方针、政策和上级关于安全生产的部署要求，组织各单位的作业人员和新进人员参加安全教育培训。此外，该院还组织驾驶员对车库灭火工具的具体摆放点进行了熟悉，讲解并示范干粉灭火器和轮式灭火器的正确使用方法，让驾驶员亲身参与灭火演练。

　　三是狠抓治理，解决问题。该院在日常检查中突出“三项行动”的重点内容，突出对特殊困难测区、西部测图工程、1:5万数据库更新工程等国家重大测绘工程项目的专项检查；对单位和个人违反测绘安全生产规章制度、隐瞒测绘安全生产事故、隐瞒重大测绘安全生产隐患和拒不执行测绘安全监管等行为进行严肃查处。
