9月16日至18日，国家测绘局部门财务管理培训班在北戴河举办。国家测绘局党组副书记、副局长王春峰出席培训班并做了重要讲话，审计署行政事业司司长鲍国明和财政部监督检查局一处处长赵俊出席了培训班并分别就行政事业单位审计和“小金库”专项治理工作相关问题作了讲座。培训班由国家测绘局规划财务司司长柏玉霜同志主持。

　　王春峰指出，近年来，随着测绘事业的快速发展，测绘服务领域的不断延伸以及国家财政体制改革的逐步深入和财务、审计制度的不断完善，财务管理工作的重要性日渐突显，财务管理的内涵也不断丰富，财务管理已不单纯是财务人员的职责范畴，单位主要领导在财务方面承担职责逐渐加大。因此，提高单位主要领导的财务管理能力，对加强测绘单位财务工作显得尤为重要。王春峰指出，由于测绘外业工作的特殊性，以往传统的财务管理工作已不适应现行国家财务规定，大家要有清醒认识。对之前不恰当、不合规的做法要坚决进行整改，同时采取有力措施杜绝今后不再发生。王春峰希望，通过此次培训，各单位主要领导和财务管理人员要加深对有关财务规章制度的理解，提高财务管理能力和会计核算水平。

　　培训期间，国家测绘局规划财务司和西部项目办有关同志分别就预算编制与国有资产管理、政府采购、国库集中支付和西部测图项目等方面作了讲座。国家测绘局所属各单位财务部门负责同志及有关财务工作人员，三级预算单位主要领导及财务负责同志100余人参加了培训。

During their training, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping Project Planning and Finance Department and the Western Office of the comrades of the budget preparation and management of state assets, government procurement, treasury centralized payment and mapping projects in the western region were lectures. National mapping agency of its units comrades in charge of the financial sector and the finance staff, three principal leaders of the budget units and financial comrades in charge of more than 100 people attended the training.
